1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and AethosHub Pvt Ltd (“AethosHub”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using aethoshub.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Scope and other agreements

The Site provides company, product, pricing, security, documentation, support, and legal information and allows visitors to submit business enquiries. Software and services are supplied only under the agreement applicable to them. The Evaluation License Agreementapplies to an accepted 30-day evaluation unless a signed evaluation agreement replaces it. A paid order may incorporate the Software Subscription and License Agreement, Support SLA, DPA, and a statement of work.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

You may access and use the Site for lawful business evaluation, procurement, support, research, and communication with AethosHub. You must not:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, accounts, forms, or non-public data;
• introduce malware, interfere with availability, bypass controls, or conduct denial-of-service activity;
• submit false, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or malicious material;
• use automated means that impose unreasonable load or disregard technical access restrictions;
• misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by AethosHub; or
• use Site content to develop or train a competing product or content corpus except to the extent a prohibition is not permitted by applicable law.

Good-faith security research must follow the coordinated disclosure process on our Security page.

4. Website content and product information

Site content is general information, not legal, security, accounting, or procurement advice. Product capabilities, roadmaps, screenshots, diagrams, compatibility statements, prices, and availability may change. “Coming soon”, planned, preview, or roadmap capabilities are not commitments and should not be relied on for a purchase decision. Only a signed order form defines purchased products, fees, scope, quantities, term, and binding commitments.

We aim to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or error-free. Please raise a discrepancy through marketing@aethoshub.com.

5. Enquiries and feedback

You represent that you are authorized to provide information submitted through the Site and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit provider keys, passwords, private keys, regulated records, production data, or other information not required by the form.

If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or feedback, AethosHub may use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission. This does not give AethosHub a license to your confidential information or personal data beyond the purposes disclosed at collection.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, product names, logos, documentation, and other materials are owned by AethosHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, AethosHub grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and internally share Site pages for business evaluation and procurement. No other license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes compatibility or an integration context and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

7. Third-party websites and services

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. AethosHub does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by its own terms.

8. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through the Site. Our Data Processing Addendum applies only where incorporated into a customer agreement and AethosHub processes personal data for that customer.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. AETHOSHUB DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AETHOSHUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. AETHOSHUB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED INR 10,000.

These limits do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Liability relating to paid products or services is governed by the applicable commercial agreement, not this section.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction at the location of AethosHub's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. Before filing a claim, each party will use reasonable efforts for 30 days to resolve the dispute through written notice and good-faith discussion.

12. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remainder will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; AethosHub may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, or transfer of substantially all relevant assets.
